Everyday, before John left the house we would tell him to "Always be big!". Little did we know, this phrase defined who he was. The idea of being big when you go out into the community is to recognize that you're a small piece in the bigger picture of life. A small but critically important piece. Recognize that every day is bigger than you, recognize your community is your team and being a part of that team can help the world. Maintaining that mindset every day was not only good for John John, but for all of those around him.
